Transport Secretary Ricardo Jaime yesterday said that "there is no argument" against the expropriation of Aerolineas and Austral, established by a bicameral committee on Tuesday, claiming that the Spanish Marsans group's behaviour shows "a lack of respect and absolute incoherence." Marsans plans to appeal the planned takeover in an international tribunal.
